| ALL BOOKINGS MUST INCLUDE A RESPONSIBLE ADULT OF AT LEAST 25.
WE APOLOGISE BUT WE DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR SINGLE SEX PARTIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25.

Keys will be available from 2pm on the day of your arrival. If you arrive early you may check in at guest services and collect your passes and are then welcome to use all the facilities on the complex while your holiday home is being made ready for you. |
The caravan will need to be vacated at 10am on the day of departure in order that the caravan can be checked and cleaned for the next booking. |
The caravan is always cleaned for the next booking but we respectfully ask that you leave the holiday home in a clean and tidy condition. |
All crockery and glasses must be washed and put back, drink and food removed from fridge/freezer. All rubbish must be taken to refuse bins on site. |
The person hiring the caravan is responsible for all members of the party and must repay or replace any losses/breakages or damage to the caravan or its contents during your stay. |
A security deposit of £100(but not limited to) is requested and payable at the time of paying the final balance. This will be fully refunded back to you 14 days after your departure date subject to no loss or damages etc. |
We are within our rights to deduct the cost of any damage or loss occurred during your stay. |
Your caravan should be in excellent condition on arrival but if any damage or loss is found on your arrival please contact 01543 450289 or guest services as you could be held responsible. |
A CHARGE OF £100 WILL BE MADE IF CARAVAN KEYS ARE LOST FOR REPLACEMENT LOCK AND KEYS. |
We respectfully ask you to supervise children with crayons etc as drawing on the caravan walls could lead to a specialist clean or redecoration. All beds have waterproof coverings which must not be removed at any time. |

Any mattresses soiled or damaged by removing these covers will have to be replaced using your security deposit. |
Pillows and duvets are provided but you will need to bring with you duvet covers and pillow cases, bottom sheets and towels / tea towels. There is a linen hire on site if you prefer not to bring your own. |
The full amount of your holiday will need to be paid at once should you book 8 weeks or less before the date your holiday begins. |
We ask for a non refundable deposit for your let. The deposit needs to be paid and the final balance on the specified dates we ask. If your payments for either are not paid on these dates we reserve the right to re let your caravan. |
Included in the price of your holiday are all passes into the Butlins complex other than The Spring Harvest Event. You will receive details of how to collect keys and details of passes on receipt of your final payment. |
If in the unlikely event your accommodation should become unavailable due to events beyond our control, we would do our best to find another holiday home to the same specification or a full refund will be made. |
We do not provide you with any holiday insurance and so recommend that you purchase your own if required. We do not accept liability for loss or damage to any personal items. |
We have no control over any changes on the entertainments programme and therefore cannot accept any liability for this. |
Anyone causing a nuisance or unreasonable behaviour may be asked to leave the park and will lose the rest of their holiday and will not be reimbursed. Butlins is a family park and we ask you to respect this. |
We do not allow pets or smoking in the caravan and we ask you to respect this. Failure to do so you will be asked to leave with no refund on any days left. |
YOU WILL ALSO LOSE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT TO PAY FOR SPECIALIST CLEANING & IONISATION. |
